These terms are a contract between you and The Content Marketing ("we") for the use of ConverzaHQ. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read carefully.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, scams, or messages that violate the rules of the messaging channels you connect (WhatsApp, Meta, etc.).
- Use ConverzaHQ for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or infringing.
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- Resell the service without our written permission.
You are responsible for the content of your conversations and for having the consent to message the people you contact.
3. Your data
You own your workspace data. We only process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party channels
ConverzaHQ connects to third-party services (Meta / WhatsApp / Instagram / Messenger / LinkedIn / TikTok / X / email providers). Your use of those channels is also governed by their own terms, and we cannot guarantee their availability.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, put the service at risk, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
7. Disclaimer
ConverzaHQ is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Always review AI replies before sending.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
