ConverzaHQ ("we", "our", "us"), operated by The Content Marketing, respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use ConverzaHQ, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account info — name, email, workspace name and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- Conversations — messages, contacts and media that pass through the channels you connect (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device and browser info, IP address, used to keep the service reliable and secure.
- Billing info — handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
2. How we use your data
- Deliver the ConverzaHQ inbox, CRM and AI features you asked for.
- Send transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, security alerts).
- Improve reliability, prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your customer conversations to train third-party AI models.
3. Third parties we share with
Only the providers strictly required to run the service:
- Cloud hosting and database infrastructure.
- Messaging providers you connect (e.g. Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API) — we exchange messages with them on your behalf.
- AI providers, for the AI reply and summary features, sending only what is needed to generate a response.
- Payment processor, for subscriptions.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your workspace data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us at privacy@converzahq.com. See our Data Deletion page for the full process.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel and logged.
7. Children
ConverzaHQ is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
